Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your gear. But if something’s gone wrong, we’re here to make it right.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’re genuinely sorry. That’s not how we like to do things.
We offer full refunds or replacements for items that:
- Arrive damaged or defective
- Are not the item you ordered
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to get in touch with us about any issue. After that, we may not be able to offer a refund — but we’ll always try to help where we can.
How to Request a Refund
Shoot us an email at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the item if it’s damaged or faulty
Once we confirm the issue, we’ll sort out a refund, exchange, or replacement as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
In most cases, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. We’ll provide return instructions if needed — please don’t send anything back without contacting us first.
Change of Mind
At this time, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We’re a small Aussie store and can’t always absorb those costs — but if you’re unsure about anything before you buy, feel free to reach out and we’ll happily chat it through.
